On Air Personality/Event Coordinator WXCY

Forever Media of MD, LLC. in Havre de Grace, MD, is seeking an On-Air Personality/Event Coordinator to join our team. In addition to On-Air duties of creating, producing, and announcing topics over the radio, including entertaining programs, production, news, interviews, weather, and other matters of interest, additional responsibility of this position is to help create and implement station, event, and client-driven promotions to increase revenue and ratings by ensuring that stations are prepared on air and on location to execute live broadcasts, client remotes, community events, street team appearances and all other promotions.

3-5 years on-air experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Skills with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, calculator, fax etc.) and station remote equipment (PA system, display, tables, microphones, banners etc.).

Work Hours: 40 hours/week minimum. Various hours during week and weekend based on the needs of the station.
