"Somebody's Heartbreak" is the latest song released by American singer-songwriter Hunter Hayes. It was released in October 2012 as the third single from his debut studio album, Hunter Hayes. Hayes co-wrote the song with Andrew Dorff and Luke Laird. It debuted at number 48 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs chart for the week of November 3, 2012. It would go on to be #1 on Country Airplay.
"Wanted" was Hayes's first No. 1 single, making him the youngest solo male act to top the Hot Country Songs, breaking a record originally set in 1973 by Johnny Rodriguez. "Wanted" returned to the top of the country charts 20 weeks after first appearing in the top spot, this time under a new chart format. Hunter was also nominated for three Grammy Awards including Best New Artist at the 2013 Grammy Awards. Hunter is the youngest male country artist to ever be nominated in all 3 Grammy categories he was nominated for. The album's fourth single, "I Want Crazy", which is from the deluxe Encore edition, was released to country radio on April 7th.
Starting September 14, 2012, Hayes began appearing as the opening act on 90+ dates for Carrie Underwood's Blown Away Tour in support of his album and only recently did that come to an end.
