"See You Again" is six-time Grammy winner Carrie Underwood's latest power ballad. It was written by Underwood, Hillary Lindsey and David Hodges and it was released as the fourth single from Underwood's fourth studio album, Blown Away, on April 15th. She debuted the song on the twelfth season of American Idol on April 4th. "See You Again" is Underwoood's eighteenth consecutive Top 10 single on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart and is also her seventeenth single to be certified at least Gold by the RIAA. As of August 14th, the single has sold 529,000 copies in the United States. The song debuted at number 60 on the US Country Airplay chart for the week of April 13th. The song has also crossed over to Canadian Main AC chart debuting at number 43 and has so far reached number 20.
Carrie Underwood recently debuted a sneak-peek trailer of her upcoming concert DVD "The Blown Away Tour: LIVE" as well as new sweepstakes. Filmed this past March, "The Blown Away Tour: LIVE" DVD features nearly 100 minutes of performance footage, including "See You Again," as well as many of her #1 hits including "Before He Cheats," "Jesus, Take the Wheel," and "Blown Away." In addition to the performance footage, fans will find exclusive bonus clips that provide a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the tour, interviews with Carrie, a photo gallery and music videos for "Good Girl," "Blown Away," "Two Black Cadillacs," and "See You Again."
