Billboard's "Candid Covers" video series, presented by Nikon, is back for its third season. The series spotlights emerging artists performing songs from music stars who helped inspire their careers. Tony Lucca, the second runner-up on the second season of 'The Voice,' stopped by Billboard's studio for the third installment of the series with his cover of Bill Withers' "Grandma's Hands." Withers' song is important to him, Lucca explains, because it captures warm, special moments he felt with his own grandmother.
"It reminded me so much of my grandma - something about that sense of compassion, that spirit of proverbial wisdom that a grandma has, and somehow the hands just kind of embody that," Lucca says.
The "Candid Covers" video series will feature a different artist each week. The series launched with Fifth Harmony and their cover of Rihanna's "Stay" and also featured Chris Daughtry's cover of "Wicked Game" by Chris Isaak. In addition to the performances, the videos include interviews with the artists and exclusive behind-the-scenes photos.
