Rob Thomas
Jun 14, 2015

"Trust Me" is the latest single from singer-songwriter and Matchbox 20 front-man, Rob Thomas. The track was co-written with OneRepublic member, Ryan Tedder. It's a fast-paced pop song that further evolves Thomas' dynamic sound. "Trust Me" will be on his forthcoming solo album, "The Great Unknown" which will be out later this year via Atlantic Records. This will be his first solo album since 2009.
Over his 22-year career with Matchbox Twenty and as a solo artist, Rob Thomas has topped the charts with songs like "3 a.m." and "Lonely No More," lent his chops to artists including Tom Petty and Willie Nelson, and, of course, co-wrote and sang on "Smooth," the 1999 Santana song that Billboard deemed the second-most popular in the history of the Hot 100. In 2004, the Songwriters Hall of Fame awarded Thomas its first Starlight Award, recognizing young songwriters who have already had a lasting influence in the music industry.
The Great Unknown Tour is the fourth concert tour by Rob Thomas. Beginning June 2015, the tour will support his third studio album. The tour will predominately take place in the United States and Canada, with performances in theaters and amphitheaters. Thomas will also perform at music festivals this summer.
