Review the last year by AE for second-quarter meetings now; one-on-one per day after selling hours for 40 minutes a day, then create specific follow-through activity together.
Invest the time to get ahead of the planning process with accounts and AEs. Create budgets by AE for second quarter of new accounts on air and total dollars; this can make everyone reach for a variety of new contacts.
New small advertisers are always new listeners as well! Small advertisers ALWAYS turn into larger ones in some medium of some kind or go out of business.
January is the time to target second-quarter account activity; January should be done by MLK Day.
If you are still scrambling for dollars in January post-MLK, this negatively affects your entire year.
