Signs Work
As simple as it sounds, posting reminders around the sales office with regard to objectives will improve follow thru against those objectives. Radio sales can be a mind erasing gig at times. Rarely does anyone do anything to actually assist a salesperson. Reminding them what the objectives are -- immediately after they go through some mind erasing activity at the station -- is a helpful hand.
