Time Limits On Proposals Does The Opposite From "Limiting" Your Upside
One of the biggest time wasters is the deal that drags on and on ... Getting a firm "yes" or "no" allows you to move on and focus on what is next.
Set a deadline on EVERY proposal from the very start so that you are not left hanging without any sort of definitive timeline. That distracts you from working hard in another direction and an enthusiasm drain when there is no resolution.
