Have Sales People Who Are Fans Of Their Own Morning Shows
Salespeople who are not huge, genuine listeners/fans of their morning shows are leaving lots of money on the table.
Ask your sellers to tell you about their primary morning show and see how much they really listen. If a salesperson happens to call on someone who listens to the station's morning show more than them -- sale will never be made.
Each sellers job requirement should include spending five hours a week with the morning show - preferably different hours weekly ... They need to know what is going on in their morning show more than most.
