Pre-Pay Sales Bonuses To Create Sales Momentum!
If you have an incentive that, for example, pays $100 for each of five targeted in-person new business sales calls per AE, pay the first one in advance in cash to get the ball rolling. Nothing works better than creating positive pressure because salespeople, counter to popular believe, are not motivated by money, but rather motivated by the lack of money (and the idea that they may need to give it back!)
