Sales meetings need to be at 7a Monday mornings unless the sales manager is on a genuine new biz pitch on Monday morning with a seller. In that case, move the sales meeting to Tuesday at 8:30a. One way to guarantee a lot of new biz, sales calls on early Monday mornings should rotate among the sellers and optimize a Monday morning.
