Unsung Heroes
If your station works for the newest salesperson and the smallest direct-response advertiser, you know you are on the right track. It is easy to get lost or necessary focus on the biggest accounts and top sellers, but once you realize that the new sellers and the small accounts are the situations that determine just how good your organization is, you will take the time to focus on it.
Any championship team coach will tell you that the superstars of the team are absolutely necessary but in the end championships tend to be won by unsung heroes on the team showing up right when we needed them most!
