KPAM/Portland 'Operation Santa Claus' Raised $117,000 For Needy Military Families

The total collected by PAMPLIN Talk KPAM-A (AM 860, THE VOICE OF PORTLAND)/PORTLAND, OR morning host BOB MILLER and the SALVATION ARMY in the "Operation SANTA CLAUS" radiothon last week was over $117,000.  The campaign, which has raised over $1 million in the last eight years, is aimed towards assisting local families coping with a loss of income due to military deployment.

100% of the proceeds raised go to local military families in need in PORTLAND and Southwest WASHINGTON state.
