FAITH COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK, INC. is selling Contemporary Christian WRLB (POWER 95.3)/RAINELLE, WV to RADIO GREENBRIER, LLC for $255,400.
In other filings with the FCC, GOOD MUSIC, INC. is selling Talk KJAA-A/GLOBE, AZ to WILLIAM D. TAYLOR for $60,000.
SNAVELY BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC is selling the construction permit for KMHO/MOUNTAIN HOME, TX to GEORGE CHAMBERS for $26,500.
WDMS, INC. is selling Country WDMS (REAL COUNTRY 100.7) and Sports WGVM-A (FOX SPORTS 1260)/GREENVILLE, MS to JOHN R. PADGETT's ARK-LA-MS RADIO GROUP, LLC for payment of $12,600 plus obligation to pay $148,000 in debt to ROBERT J. GHETTI, plus payment of $40,000 to WESLEY K. BLACK CROW BROADCASTING has filed its reorganization plan, forming three new subsidiaries to operate its 22 full-power stations and two FM translators. Stations held as BLACK CROW RADIO, LLC, BCA RADIO, LLC, and THOMAS RADIO, LLC are being transferred to SOUTHERN STONE COMMUNICATIONS, while those owned by RTG RADIO, LLC will move to SOUTHERN COMMUNICATIONS, LLC and WWYN/MCKENZIE, TN will stay with RAINBOW MEDIA, INC.
JOANN NICOLA LUTZ DEDISTEFANO PHILLIPS has filed to take control of Oldies WJJL-A/NIAGARA FALLS, NY from M. JOHN PHILLIPS' PHILLIPS COMMUNICATIONS (debtor-in-possession) in a Form 316 that alleges that she is JOHN PHILLIPS' wife and original station owner and alleges that "In 2006 someone in connection with the station had me arrested. I was taken from NIAGARA COUNTY to ERIE COUNTY where I was incarcerated for 43 days. I don't think that JOHN PHILLIPS would have been stupid enough to do something like that considering that he is my sponsor. And also responsible for my business dealings. As well as handling my money within the confines of the domestic violence laws which he has been ignoring." The applicant has previously made claims to the same effect which were dismissed by the FCC in an involuntary assignment of license in 2004 and a license renewal filing in 2007.
