WFYR/Peoria's Rick Stephenson Is Skeptical Of Bridge

Country WFYR/PEORIA, IL morning personality RICK STEPHENSON has been skeptical that the MURRAY BAKER BRIDGE will reach completion on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 2nd. So, about 2 weeks ago, STEPHENSON told listeners if the bridge was completed in time for him to drive across it on his way in on MONDAY (10/3), then he would broadcast his part of the morning show on the roof of the station wearing nothing but an orange barrel.
