Former WDSD/WILMINGTON, DE PD ANDY HARRIS has been appointed Dir./Programming of COASTAL BROADCASTING SYSTEMS Hot AC WCZT (98.7 THE COAST) and sister Oldies WFNE (Fun 106.3)/ATLANTIC CITY, NJ.
