CUMULUS MEDIA has appointed MATT SPAULDING as VP/Market Manager for WMIM/MONROE, MI and the TOLEDO, OH cluster (WKKO, WWWM, WRQN, WXKR, WXKR-HD2, WLQR-F/A and WXKR-HD3). SPAULDING has been with CUMULUS MEDIA/ANN ARBOR since AUGUST 2009.
