  Country artist BILLIE JO SPEARS passed away on the morning of WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 14th at her home in VIDOR, TX, after battling cancer. She was 74.
  SPEARS was known for her hits “Blanket on the Ground,” “Mr Walker, It’s All Over,” and “If You Want Me.” In NOVEMBER 2010, she was also inducted into VIDOR’s “WALL OF FAME.”
