Longtime MTV Host Damien Fahey Signs On At KBIG

DAMIEN FAHEY, longtime host on MTV, joins CLEAR CHANNEL Hot AC KBIG (104.3 MYFM)/LOS ANGELES as its new midday personality. In 2002, FAHEY took over hosting responsibilities of MTV's TRL.

"It's fair to say that being paid to play music that I truly enjoy for five hours a day is a dream job. I couldn't be happier to get behind the microphone at 104.3MYFM and enjoy some great music with our listeners. LOS ANGELES is home to me, and now, so is MYFM," said FAHEY. "I'm also excited to work with the Kiwi PD ANDREW JEFFRIES who, I assume, will be paying me in OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE gift certificates."
