Former FCC Chairman MICHAEL POWELL has been named to the advisory board of the DISABLED VETERANS' LIFE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION. The organization is building a memorial for disabled vets in WASHINGTON; POWELL, presently senior advisor to PROVIDENCE CAPITAL and Chairman of his own MK POWELL GROUP, was severely injured during a training mission in GERMANY while in the Army in 1987, spending a year recovering at WALTER REED ARMY MEDICAL CENTER in WASHINGTON.
