NASSAU Top 40 WPST/TRENTON-PHILADELPHIA night jock TOM SHINN has been promoted within the company; he assumes the PD post at sister AC WAFY (KEY 103)/FREDERICK. MD.

NASSAU EVP/Programming MICHELLE STEVENS told ALL ACCESS, "SHINN is a talented leader with the skills to guide our team and brand to the next level.  He brings over a decade of format success and brand experience with him.  SHINN will work closely with APD/MD SEAN MORRISSEY, who has done an impressive job as Interim PD.  Thank you, SEAN, for a tremendous job -- we appreciate all of your efforts!"

SHINN replaces DAVE GUNNING, who resigned last month (NET NEWS 12/1) to take a position with APPLE I.T.  SHINN will continue to remotely host WPST's "Real Time Radio" night show, in conjunction with the JELLI system.
