  CITADEL has inked a deal with ROO PARTNERS for the latter to provide video services for CITADEL radio station websites. ROO will provide a turnkey system including online content and targeted ad sales services for CITADEL websites, and CITADEL will add specialized content to ROO. CITADEL owns 22 stations and its takeover of the ABC RADIO stations and networks is pending; it will launch RIGHTNOWRADIO.COM this SUMMER, which will incorporate ROO's video material.
