  The FCC has fined POWER MINISTRIES $1,500 for failure to operate low-power FM Easy Listening WRLE-LP/DUNNELLON, FL with a Commission-certified transmitter. The transmitter being used allegedly interfered with an air traffic control frequency.
  The fine was reduced from its original $12,000 due to financial hardship.
