CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT has tapped KEVIN DORSEY as Pres./Traffic, Navigation and Mobility, effective immediately. Based in NEW YORK CITY, DORSEY will report to Pres./National Ad Platforms CHARLIE RAHILLY.
