KCBS/S.F. Holding Cooking Competition To Raise Money For Firefighters

CBS RADIO News KCBS-A-KFRC-F (KCBS ALL NEWS RADIO)/SAN FRANCISCO, with sponsor CSE INSURANCE, is staging a cooking competition on SATURDAY (1/28) to raise money for firefighters.  

Three teams led by celebrity chefs will compete in the kitchen at LAFITTE RESTAURANT, with CSE, the LOS ANGELES FIREMAN'S CREDIT UNION, and FIREFIGHTER INSURANCE SERVICES making a $10,000 donation to the CALIFORNIA FIRE FOUNDATION and FIRE FAMILY FOUNDATION on behalf of the winning team and a $2,000 donation in the name of the runners-up.
 
KCBS' "Foodie Chap" and CBS O&O KPIX-TV (CBS 5) "EYE ON THE BAY" host LIAM MAYCLEM will host the event, and State Senators MARK LENO and LELAND YEE will be on hand as well.
