Mercury/IDJMG Heats Up The Roxy With John West

The ALL ACCESS crew hit HOLLYWOOD for a hot night on the town - as MERCURY/ISLAND DEF JAM and hosts LA LEAKERS presented singer JOHN WEST at the ROXY.  JOEL and RIA DENVER, ED BROWN and PETE JONES were in attendance as the man who began his career as a street player on the THIRD STREET PROMENADE in SANTA MONICA blazed through a solid set of tunes including RIGHT NOW, LOVELY, LOVED YOU TONIGHT and the current single, ALREADY THERE.  As a special treat, he performed the KANYE WEST song LOVE LOCKDOWN - auto tune and all!

The room was packed, hot and sweaty - just the way we like it - filled with enthusiastic fans, which included radio folk from Pop and Rhythm.  Seen enjoying the show were YESI ORTIZ along with DJ LOS and DJ VICK ONE from KPWR/LA, KIMMIE TAYLOR from KBLX/SAN FRANCISCO, AARON TAYLOR from KZZP/PHOENIX, DJ HYPHEN from KUBE/SEATTLE, JB KING from KLUC/LAS VEGAS, SHERITA SAULSBERRY from KVEG/LAS VEGAS, BIG BEAR and JOEY BOY from KCAQ/KFYV OXNARD/VENTURA, D-WAYNE CHAVEZ from KOHT/TUCSON, DJ LOPEZ from KKSS/ALBUQUERQUE, SAM DIGGEDY from KDON/MONTEREY, ANT DOG and RON T from KKUU/PALM SPRINGS, COMPLEX from KWYD/BOISE.  Even FAR EAST MOVEMENT showed up to party in the VIP section, being long time fans of WEST.
