BUD WILLIAMSON's DIGITAL RADIO BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator W217BY/ONEONTA, NY to the STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK COLLEGE AT ONEONTA for $12,500.  The translator rebroadcasts SUNY-ONEONTA's low power FM WUOW-LP/ONEONTA.

In other filings with the FCC, MUNBILLA BROADCASTING PROPERTIES, LTD. has requested an extension of its Silent STAs for KZZM/MASON, TX and KYRT/HUNT, TX "due to the unfavorable economic climate."

And CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for FM translator W216BX/BENTON HARBOR, MU due to problems with its new site.
