  Former CARDINAL HEALTH CEO ROBERT WALTER has resigned from the board of CBS CORPORATION. WALTER has been on the board of CBS and predecessor VIACOM since 2000 and previously served on the boards of predecessor companies WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC and the old CBS CORP. WALTER's place on the COmpensation Committee will be taken by director BRUCE GORDON.
