WCIC Staff Serve In Project Sunshine

ILLINOIS BIBLE INSTITUTE Contemporary Christian WCIC/PEORIA, IL and THE FORGOTTEN INITIATIVE OF BLOOMINGTON partnered for a campaign called PROJECT SUNSHINE.  The project focused on renovating seven visiting and waiting rooms at FAMILYCARE, a social service agency in downtown PEORIA.  The renovation was completed by listeners that volunteered.
 
Donations of baby products and toys were also collected at a local Christian bookstore and at the WCIC studios. Nearly 20 bins of supplies were donated to FAMILYCARE at the end of the three-week campaign.
