RCA NASHVILLE artist JAKE OWEN was back to performing this past weekend, after repair to a broken collarbone, that he suffered in JANUARY while snowboarding in COLORADO.
“I’m thrilled to be back out on the road,” said JAKE OWEN. “And to have a sold-out show our first weekend back is such an awesome feeling.”
OWEN performed on FRIDAY (2/3), for a near sell-out crowd at COWBOY’s in DALLAS and then on SATURDAY (2/4), for a sold-out crowd at RIVERWIND CASINO, in NORMAN, OK.
“I’m not very good at sitting around the house taking it easy,” added OWEN. “I had eight screws and a metal plate put in to repair my collarbone, so I’ve had to spend a lot of time at doctor’s appointments and physical therapy sessions over the past few weeks. Getting back out on stage was the best therapy I’ve had.”
OWEN will appear on CHELSEA LATELY, on THURSDAY, MARCH 1st at 11p (ET), on E!
