PLYMOUTH BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Oldies WZOC (OLDIES 94.3)/PLYMOUTH-SOUTH BEND, IN to DOUGLAS ROAD RADIO, INC. for $2.1 million.

ARLIE & COMPANY is selling KXOR-A/JUNCTION CITY, OR to ZION MULTIMEDIA OREGON CORPORATION for $548,100 ($498,100 in a promissory note).  As part of the deal, the seller has agreed to terminate the present LMA that has the station simulcasting KKNX-A/EUGENE, OR.

MARIA G. ESPARZA's RIVERA COMMUNICATIONS of HOUSTON is selling Regional Mexican WQCR-A LA 10 Q)/ALABASTER-BIRMINGHAM, AL to DULCE VICTORIA RIVERA and MARIA ISABEL RIVERA's RIVERA COMMUNICATIONS, LLC of CALERA, AL for assumption of debt.

BIG FISH BROADCASTING, LLC has requested a Silent STA for Sports WNRA-A (THE SCORE)/EUFAULA, AL due to technical difficulties.

CONNER MEDIA CORPORATION has filed for a Silent STA for FM translator W250AZ/WILSON, NC while it files to move the facility and change its primary station.

RAMS II has applied for a Silent STA for FM translator W250BM/CULLMAN, AL due to a "lack of funds to continue to pay the expenses associate with the day-to-day operation of this translator."

VERMONT PUBLIC RADIO has requested an extension of its Silent STA for FM translator W272AU/HANOVER, NH, off the air due to interference problems.

And JAMES CRYSTAL RADIO's JCE LICENSES, LLC and RADIO VISION CRISTIANA have filed an opposition to the rescinding of the grant of the sale of KCKN-A/ROSWELL, NM.  The sale was granted with conditions in DECEMBER but rescinded after an informal objection by JOHN C. THOESEN.
