UNIVERSAL REPUBLIC RECORDS is looking to hire the successor for departing Promotion Coordinator NIKKI NOLLETTI. The label seeking motivated and personable self-starters for the in a high volume and intensity environment.  Over two years record label experience preferred.  Ability to multi-task while remaining detail oriented, focused and efficient. 

Duties include assistance to executives including booking travel, meetings, phones, and expenses.  Departmental responsibilities include all invoicing, music distribution, MEDIABASE/SOUNDSCAN and other music tracking, contest winner and artist travel, contest coordination, compliance maintenance and audits and departmental record keeping.  Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Microsoft Publisher a plus.
