WDJZ/Bridgeport, CT Moving To Mainstream Talk

PEOPLE'S BROADCAST NETWORK is flipping its Gospel/Ethnic-brokered WDJZ-A/BRIDGEPORT, CT to a mainstream Talk format, with former CUMULUS Talk WICC-A/BRIDGEPORT and COX RADIO Talk WSTC-A-WNLK-A/STAMFORD-NORWALK host JOHN LABARCA handling mornings 7-10a (ET). 

LABARCA has been heard on WDJZ with his weekend "ITALIAN HOUSE PARTY" show since exiting WICC in 2007 after 20 years there.   CBS RADIO News WCBS-A/NEW YORK traffic reporter BILL BUCHNER joins LABARCA in mornings and is handling news and traffic.
