KEVIN LEGRETT has been named Regional President of CITADEL, covering five Upstate NEW YORK/PENNSYLVANIA markets and 24 stations. LEGRETT joined CITADEL in JULY 2003 after serving as SVP/Market Manager for INFINITY's upstate NEW YORK stations.
