  Country combo KSCS and KTYS (THE TWISTER)/DALLAS have announced that programming veteran TOM HUNTER is their new OM. HUNTER, who will start on JUNE 1, has had his programming career take him to PROVIDENCE and DENVER. He was also the VP/Music Programming at MTV, as well as Sr. VP/International and Pres./Latin America for MTV. HUNTER replaces LORRIN PALAGI, who exited on MAY 3.
