Former UNIVERSAL MOTOWN VP/Field Operations FRANK PALOMBI has opened the doors on his new artist management company, COLLINS PARK MANAGEMENT.

PALOMBI is initially working with RAY C, and CARLTON ZEUS, both based out SAN MARCOS and SAN ANTONIO, respectively.

You've heard RAY C as the feature artist on BLUE OCTOBER's "Any Man In America" track and if FRANK has his way you'll hear RAY's "Lame Ass" track on the radio, soon. ZEUS has a song called "Sharpie Solo Cup" which raised a recent ruckuss with his fans over TOBY KEITH's "Red Solo Cup" and reported similarity.
