CLEAR CHANNEL Country KBQI (BIG I 107-9)/ALBUQUERQUE has promoted APD/afternoons BEV RAINEY to PD/afternoons. RAINEY has been with the ALBUQUERQUE cluster for the last 15 years, and has been on the air with KBQI since it signed on in JULY of 2000.
