MIAMI VALLEY RADIO, LLC is selling Oldies WPTW-A/PIQUA, OH to MUZZY BROADCASTING, LLC for $70,000.  The seller bought the station for the same amount in 2008; the buyer has been programming the station under a time brokerage agreement since DECEMBER.

In other filings with the FCC, the price for the previously-announced sale of Top 40 WABB-F/MOBILE by DITTMAN BROADCASTING to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has been disclosed to be $3.1 million in the contract filed with the sale application.

And HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP has requested a Silent STA for WTYN/LUNENBURG, MA and WXEV/BRADFORD, RI due to technical difficulties.
