GREAT LAKES COMMUNITY BROADCASTING is selling noncommercial Adult Standards WJKQ (FOUNDATION RADIO)/JACKSON, MI to JACKSON LANSING CATHOLIC RADIO for $14,000.

PHILLIPS COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has applied to the FCC to move ownership of its WJJL-A/NIAGARA FALLS, NY back from debtor-in-possession status, because the company emerged from bankruptcy in APRIL 2006.  The licensee said that the failure to apply to end debtor-in-possession status was an inadvertent oversight because it used counsel on an "as requested" basis and did not ask the lawyers to file the change at the time.
