Cox/GA Celebrates Selma Green's Return

Welcome Back!

The staff at COX MEDIA GROUP/ATHENS and GAINESVILLE, GA stations donned pink today to welcome Business Manager SELMA GREEN back to work. GREEN was diagnosed with colon cancer and underwent successful surgery.

"We were all waiting in the lobby and the hallway to greet her when she walked in to work," SCOTT SMITH  said. "This group is very much like a family and we felt it is important for SELMA to know how much she means to us and that we are here to support her,"

SELMA still has some treatments left to undergo, yet the outlook for complete recovery is excellent.
