SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO's Form 8-K filing at the SEC notes that its payment of $2 million for the right to air HOWARD STERN's old tapes in the settlement of CBS RADIO's lawsuit runs concurrently with STERN's SIRIUS contract, with the rights expiring in DECEMBER 2010, the same as STERN's deal. The amount STERN, his ONE TWELVE INC., and agent DON BUCHWALD are paying remains undisclosed.
