Kid Rock Announces Benefit Show On WRIF

GREATER MEDIA Active Rock WRIF/DETROIT's morning duo, DREW and MIKE, are getting KID ROCK out of bed early this morning. So what's on his mind that can't wait?

KID ROCK announced he is teaming up with the DETROIT SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA for a one-night benefit concert on MAY 12th at DETROIT's Fox Theatre.

KID ROCK hopes to raise $1 million.

"As a musician, and of course a Detroiter, I am proud to be supporting this longstanding cultural institution," KID ROCK said in a statement. He said the performance, which will include his TWISTED BROWN TRUCKER BAND, will be "well worth the price of admission."
