CLEAR CHANNEL/PREMIERE syndicated superstar RYAN SEACREST became an unwilling partner in a joke prior to last night's OSCAR broadcast. SACHA BARON COHEN, as promised, showed up in character as GENERAL ALADEEN, the leader from his upcoming movie "The Dictator."

COHEN was carrying an urn that he claimed contained the ashes of the late NORTH KOREA dictator KIM JONG IL, COHEN "accidentally" spilled the contents of the container all over SEACREST and his tuxedo.
