HORIZON BROADCASTING Adult Rock WBYW (104.3 THE BAY)/PANAMA CITY ran afoul YESTERDAY (2/28) of some AT&T issues when the company "disconnect almost all of the Audio broadcast lines from 1043 THE BAY when testing circuits in the area," HORIZON VP/Ops MARK THOMPSON told ALL ACCESS. "They have not made a move on anything since 3p on TUESDAY. The nearest time that AT&T 'might' help could be within the next 24 hours!"
