MOODY RADIO/CHICAGO radio program "URBAN PRAISE" transitioned from WMBI-A to its WMBI-F HD3 channel. The program was first launched seven years ago and broadcast on weekdays from 2:30 to 6p (CT). It will now be available 24/7. The program can also be heard online at www.urbanpraiseradio.org.
“The mission of 'URBAN PRAISE' is to edify Christians and draw those who are not saved,” said MOODY RADIO/CHICAGO Station Manager ROY PATTERSON. “We are determined to be Christ-centered and relevant to the ever-growing Urban community.”The program will feature primarily music from such artists as FRED HAMMOND, YOLANDA ADAMS, ISRAEL HOUGHTON, and CECE WINANS. Teaching features from CRAWFORD LORITTS, BETH MORE and TONY EVANS will be available as well as 2-3 minute messages from NEED HIM.
The move comes with launch of Christian Spanish-language CHICAGO TODAY on WMBI-A (NET NEWS 2/6).
