Scot Kirk Upped, James Harness Added At Dial Global

DIAL GLOBAL has named SCOT KIRK as Senior Production Dir. and former CBS RADIO Senior Creative Dir. JAMES HARNESS as a Producer.  Both will be located in VALENCIA, CA and will report to VP/Programming DAVID FELKER. 
 
"Since merging with WESTWOOD ONE, DIAL GLOBAL now produces a tremendous amount of content," said EVP/Programming BEAU PHILLIPS. "While our programming sounds strong, we're investing in producers who will set the vision and boost the quality across all DG products."
