ENTERCOM/SAN FRANCISCO has appointed JUDI RATTO VP/Sales, effective THURSDAY, MARCH 15th. Boasting 15 years of sales experience, RATTO previously was GSM of CUMULUS Sports KNBR-A. Concurrently, DAVE MILNER has been named General Sales Manager of sister AC KOIT.
