OXIS MEDIA launched its worldwide operations today from its base in OXFORD, ENGLAND, bringing together some of EUROPE’s most talented radio, media, and digital executives as part of its new strategic consultancy initiative. OXIS MEDIA will represent SPARKNET's JACK FM in the U.K. and EUROPE.

CEO IAN WALKER will concentrate on delivering industry excellence and providing strategic thinking and knowledge to create consistency and quick results for its partners and clients.
