  On ST. PATRICK's DAY (3/17), ASTRAL MEDIA Hot AC CJFM (VIRGIN RADIO 96)/MONTREAL married two listeners named KIM and STEVEN in front of hundreds of witnesses during the 2012 MONTREAL ST. PATRICK's DAY PARADE.
  Inspired by the IRISH tradition that women can only propose to their man during a LEAP YEAR, VIRGIN RADIO held a contest for women who wanted to take control of their own destiny.
  The wedding was officiated by FREEWAY & NATASHA IN THE MORNING as KIM & STEVEN's dream wedding paraded down ST. CATHERINE STREET where a huge crowd cheered them on.
