RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator W293BV/CUTHBERT, GA to PMB BROADCASTING, LLC for $25,000, and is also selling W238BK/AMERICUS, GA to PMB for the same price.

In other filings with the FCC, ALASKA EDUCATIONAL RADIO SYSTEM, INC. is selling FM translator K296FP/WILLOW CREEK, AK to KENAI BROADCASTING, LLC for $1.

And TAYLOR UNIVERSITY has closed on the transfer of noncommercial student station WTUR/UPLAND, IN to TAYLOR UNIVERSITY BROADCASTING, INC., which operates four other stations with a professional staff, for $10.
